The Rhein water fall

We started our crossing of Switzerland with a visit to a natural spectacle: the Rhine Falls. Like so many other travelers around Lake Constance, we could not resist and visited. We slept at the camping site in Feuerthal shortly before Schaffenhausen in the Rheinau and tried out river floating there. (More in addition in the next article.) In the morning of Tuesday July 31st we started with a small mountain valuation to the castle Laufen. From there one can see the fall on a path on several plateaus on different levels both from above and very closely at eye level. During the boat trip, one intensively gets to know the power of the waterfall - but one should not be afraid of water for this. We enjoyed the hot temperatures, the cooling and the adrenaline kick to get close to the water masses. But see for yourself …
